Digital service partners (like Fiverr & Upwork),
Mentors and advisors (like Topmate & Unstop),
AI tools and resources (similar to Y Combinator-style startup aids),
Databases such as startup idea banks, government schemes, and incubation programs, and
Founders AI, our proprietary AI assistant for startup support and guidance.

Our mission is to simplify startup growth by providing verified services, mentorship, and AI-driven resources in one place.

We collect personal and business information directly from you when you register, interact, or use any of our services.

Partners may upload portfolios, samples, or project documents.
Mentors and users may upload profile pictures, bios, or other content.
Users may upload files, project briefs, or startup documents as part of their activity.

3. How We Use Your Information

Create and manage your Bizowl account
Facilitate communication between users, partners, and mentors
Process payments securely via Razorpay
Personalize user experience and AI recommendations (via Founders AI)
Send transactional and marketing communications via email, WhatsApp, and SMS
Improve our platform performance and customer experience
Prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access

4. Communication & WhatsApp Messaging

By registering on Bizowl, you consent to receive:

Account updates, notifications, and reminders via WhatsApp API,
Promotional messages and offers related to your interests,
AI-generated suggestions or updates about tools and services.

You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp or contacting us at contact@bizzowl.com.

5. How We Share Your Information

We respect your privacy and do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share data only in the following cases:

With Mentors: limited user details required for advisory sessions.
With Service Providers: such as Razorpay (for payments), analytics tools (Google, Meta), or AI service providers.

We do not share client data with digital service partners unless explicitly consented by the user.

6. Payments and Financial Information

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
We do not store credit/debit card details or payment credentials on our servers.
Payments are transferred directly to partners after user confirmation — Bizowl does not hold funds in escrow.
Transaction identifiers and payment logs may be stored for accounting and verification purposes.

7. AI and Data Usage (Founders AI)

Our AI systems, including Founders AI, may use limited user data (e.g., project descriptions, business category, preferences) to:

Offer better recommendations, insights, and tailored services.
Improve our AI performance over time.

We do not use AI for profiling or automated decision-making that affects your rights.

All AI training data is anonymized where possible.

Your data is stored securely on Railway (application servers) and Firebase (database).
We retain user data until your account is active or until you delete it.

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Secure API integrations
